Delivery

SHADES

  • As all shades are custom made to order, please allow 10-14 working days from payment.
  • We try to get all orders out as quickly as possible, but during very busy periods it's possible that we may need the full 14 days.
  • Once your shade is complete, it will be wrapped in protective packaging & packed in a strong double-walled box.
  • We'll then send it to you via Royal Mail 24 or in the case of oversize or bulky items, PARCELFORCE.

ACCESSORIES

  • The majority of our accessories are in stock, ready to go - Orders for accessories ONLY will be dispatched within 3-5 working days.
  • (On the rare occasion that an item is out of stock, we will inform you straightaway & advise of an estimated delivery date.)
  • Accessories ordered at the same time as shades will be sent altogether once the shades are ready.

International Delivery

Due to the fragile nature of our products, we only ship within the UK.

DELIVERY TO AGENTS

If you instruct us to deliver to an agent or carrier (first address) for onward transmission overseas or another uk address, the delivery will be considered as complete on delivery of the item to the first address. Any damage must be reported to us within 48 hours of that delivery or you accept that the damage occurred with the subsequent carrier and we accept no liability.

Returns

We're confident that you'll love any product that you buy from us.

However, if after receiving your item/s you're not completely satisfied, you may cancel your order any time within fourteen (14) working days, beginning on the day after you received the goods.

  • We will give you return address details. When the goods arrive back to us, we will refund the price of the goods in full, however the original delivery costs (if paid) are non-refundable.
  • You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.
  • If a refund is payable to you we will process the refund as soon as possible, and, in any case within thirty (30) days of the day you gave notice of cancellation.
  • The goods must be returned in the same condition in which you received them, and they will be returned at your own cost and risk.
  • You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation. This applies to all goods that are returned.
  • If you return goods claiming they are defective, we will examine the returned goods and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case within thirty (30) days of the day we confirm via e-mail that you are entitled to a refund for defective goods.
  • This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Trade Customers - Trade orders are classified as business transactions. Therefore, we are unable to accept returns on these items. Orders placed with a business credit/debit card or under a business name will be deemed as trade orders.

Damaged Goods

Every product we sell is of the best quality & we take care to package all orders in a safe & secure manner. Sometimes, however, items can get damaged in transit. In the event of this happening, we will make every effort to rectify the situation.

When you receive your goods, please check them immediately. Any transit damage must be notified to us within 5 working days of receipt of your order. (Please retain all packaging) Claims for damage will not be accepted beyond this time.
